Description of Facility Security Plans:
Storb Environmental, Inc. can prepare Facility Security Plans (FSP) which are conducted in accordance with 33 CFR, Part 105.305. Facility security plans are set up in steps that go through a process of site assessments. The first step in the process is performing Facility Security Assessments (FSA), to identify and analyze facility vulnerabilities. Second, an evaluation of the site is performed to determine assets that are critical to the function and operation of the site. Once the evaluation is performed, the third step is an investigation of the site vulnerabilities to identify potential threats and incidents. Fourth, the security threats can be prioritized in order of most vulnerable and important to the least. After the Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) is conducted, the assessment process moves into the fifth step, which is security planning. This step helps identify countermeasures for the higher level security risks. The sixth step of the process is recommended security training, which is developed to make the personnel at the site aware of risks and how to handle different security scenarios at the site. Security training is conducted on a regularly scheduled basis to keep personnel aware of security risks at the site.
